Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions

Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first of the month, and your rent is considered late if not received on the first. We do give tenants a grace period of a couple days. If rent is not received in full by the end of the grace period, the tenant will be responsible for a late fee.

Rent payments are made through our Buildium Property Management Software. The tenants can pay with ACH, Credit Cards, or even with cash through a third party.

To submit a maintenance request, tenants will use their online portal in Buildium Property Management Software.

Our office will contact you 60-90 days prior to the expiration of your lease to see if you plan on staying in your property. If so, we will send you a Renewal Offer if applicable. For tenants on a month-to-month lease, they will be required to give a 30 written notice if they plan on vacating the property.
